Install Manager – Home Remodeling

About the role

We are seeking a driven Install Manager to lead our fast‑growing new construction installation team in Miami. In this pivotal role you will oversee field operations, coordinate installers, ensure quality control, and maintain customer satisfaction for home remodeling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all job‑site activities during installations and coach installer partners to maintain quality standards.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules with sales, logistics, site superintendents and installers; conduct pre‑installation site visits.
• Coordinate on‑site installation days, resolve field issues in real‑time, and communicate with builders, installers and sales teams.
• Conduct post‑installation inspections, manage rework, obtain final sign‑offs, and approve subcontractor invoices.
• Assist with accessory delivery, change orders, and related billing documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of new construction experience, preferably with hands‑on installation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certified; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
