Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing sales organization in Ohio. This newly created opportunity is for an experienced sales supervisor ready to step into management, leading through people, metrics, accountability, and results while scaling a rapidly growing organization. We need a doer who takes ownership and does what it takes to get the job done.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Supervisors and Agents.
• Manage performance through sales metrics and KPIs.
• Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
• Coach leaders and ensure no agent is left behind.
• Conduct difficult conversations and work toward solutions and common ground.
• Partner with leadership, confidently bringing ideas and solutions.
• Use AI and technology to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Help build scalable processes as the company continues to grow.

Required profile

• Proven sales and leadership experience.
• Experience leading in a high‑volume, performance‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and team performance.
• Motivational, resilient, and highly accountable.

• Coachable and committed to continuous learning.
• Comfortable challenging ideas and having difficult conversations.
