Inside Sales Associate

About the role

The Inside Sales Associate will be the first live voice new customers hear from Sundays For Dogs, driving new customer acquisition and early retention. You will reach out to leads, activate subscriptions, and keep customers engaged throughout their first three deliveries, ensuring long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to new leads and recently acquired customers, converting interest into committed subscriptions.
• Own the zero‑to‑90‑day retention window, proactively following up with new subscribers to keep them engaged and on‑plan.
• Handle objections confidently and close sales, turning skeptics into advocates.
• Manage your pipeline with discipline—log activity, track outcomes, and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Partner with Concierge and Care teams for warm handoffs and seamless customer experiences.
• Represent the Sundays brand with energy and authenticity.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of direct sales experience (inside sales, B2C phone sales, subscription or DTC).
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills—clear, confident, persuasive, and warm.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections without a script, and close without being pushy.
• Genuine love of dogs and enthusiasm for the brand.
