About the role
Accenture is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative – Analyst to join its Digital Inside Sales team in San Jose. The role focuses on driving demand, creating pipeline, and managing accounts for leading enterprise clients using data‑driven insights and AI‑enabled tools.
Key responsibilities
- Nurture a high volume of accounts, upsell, cross‑sell and activate existing and new accounts.
- Own end‑to‑end sales processes (pipeline origination, progression, close and post‑close account management) for a defined portfolio or territory.
- Retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
- Translate partner business goals into data‑backed stories and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Track, analyse and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to leadership.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle B2B sales experience with end‑to‑end responsibility.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- High school diploma (required); bachelor’s degree preferred.
