About the role
Alcon is seeking an Inside Account Manager to sell its vision‑care portfolio to customers across the United States. The position is remote, with the expectation to relocate within 9‑12 months to one of several target states.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned accounts and qualified leads.
- Assess customer needs and present product and service features, benefits, and promotions.
- Manage contract renewals, price negotiations and volume discounts to retain business.
- Achieve sales quotas and territory financial objectives by promoting Alcon’s vision‑care products and services.
- Provide coverage for vacant territories and support larger accounts as needed.
- Adhere to company sales policies and guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., high school + 8 years, associate + 4 years, or master’s degree).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to relocate within 9‑12 months to a designated state.
