In‑Home Sales Consultant

About the role

Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a driven In‑Home Sales Consultant to close high‑value remodeling projects. You will work with pre‑qualified, scheduled appointments and use company‑provided tools to present decks, fencing, windows, siding, and roofing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 pre‑scheduled in‑home consultations per day with homeowners.
• Present and sell a range of home‑improvement products using a defined sales system.
• Prepare proposals with company iPad and financing tools, then close agreements.
• Track activity and results against personal and company goals.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of in‑home or consultative sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, listening and closing abilities.
• Professional presence, reliability and an ownership mindset.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with proposal and financing software on an iPad.
