Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)

About the role

CACI is hiring an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in Sarasota, Florida, to support mission-critical engineering, operations and cybersecurity functions for Intelligence Community customers worldwide. The role works within a team focused on implementing future technologies, delivering Tier 2/3 support and advancing secure, enterprise-wide capabilities. It is a full-time regular position requiring up to 10% travel across the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
• Work with system development teams to identify RMF artifacts and upload them into XACTA and ServiceNow
• Develop security plans, policies, architectures and design documentation
• Configure and implement cybersecurity solutions meeting customer performance requirements
• Create and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders
• Conduct risk analyses using CVEs, plugins, IAVAs and related security information
• Support security compliance operations, asset onboarding and application security assessments
• Travel to CACI or customer locations as needed and promote a safe work environment in line with CACI EH&S policies

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• At least seven years of recent DoD information systems security and/or cybersecurity experience
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+) and active IAM Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CASP)
• Experience designing secure systems, networks and application architectures
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Required skills

• Hands-on Linux experience
• Knowledge of XACTA, ServiceNow and risk assessment tools
• NIST 800 Series, DoD 8140, DISA STIGs/SRGs and A&A processes
• Tenable Nessus, ACAS and SCAP; ability to complete and review DISA STIGs
• Desired: extensive XACTA and/or ServiceNow experience, and seven+ years in networking and/or systems engineering
