About the role

This freelance sales position focuses on building and managing influencer partnerships for Bellesa Boutique, a leading sexual wellness retailer. You will own the outreach pipeline, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through creator collaborations.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and pitch new influencer partnerships
Manage outreach via direct messages and email
Negotiate deal terms aligned with performance goals
Track deal progress and campaign performance
Build long‑term relationships with creators and talent managers
Contribute to monthly and quarterly booking targets

Required profile

Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
Consumer goods experience preferred
Influencer marketing (IM) experience is a strong plus
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Confidence discussing budgets and deliverables
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Results‑driven with a strong sense of ownership
