Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Marketing Agency

About the role

A fast-growing digital marketing and SEO agency that delivers done-for-you marketing solutions to law firms across the United States is hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Mid-Level Sales Development Representative. The role supports outbound efforts, nurtures existing prospects and manages key administrative sales functions, including prospecting, follow-ups and CRM updates. It is a fully remote position with flexible working.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted prospecting lists using Google Docs and other tools
• Send follow-up emails to prospects to book and confirm appointments
• Conduct warm outreach calls with past and current prospects
• Update and manage the CRM (Zoho) with accurate notes, follow-ups and activity tracking
• Coordinate and manage the sales calendar to ensure smooth scheduling
• Assist with administrative tasks supporting daily sales operations
• Collaborate with the sales lead to improve outreach and follow-up strategies

Required profile

• Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar sales support role
• Previously worked in a marketing or digital agency
• Strong written and verbal English
• Comfortable making warm outreach calls and engaging prospects
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks at once

Required skills

• CRM systems such as Zoho or similar
• Nice to have: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack and Microsoft Office
• Nice to have: data entry and list building, background in digital marketing or agency environments
