Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Solar)

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a bilingual Sales Development Representative for a fast-growing residential solar sales organization based in California. The client helps homeowners switch to affordable, $0-down solar solutions and uses a proven outbound sales model with established scripts and structured training. This is a high-volume remote cold-calling role focused on booking appointments for solar consultations; the closing team handles the deals. The engagement is listed as independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Make 300+ outbound calls daily using a power dialer
• Qualify homeowners and book 2-4 appointments per day
• Follow structured scripts and a proven sales process
• Handle objections and build rapport with potential customers
• Follow up by call and SMS to improve appointment show rates
• Log activities and notes accurately in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting or outbound sales
• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent; Spanish is a strong advantage
• Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time (PST) hours
• Reliable high-speed internet, headset and quiet work environment
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and highly coachable, receptive to feedback through call reviews
