Influencer Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Jack Taylor is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to drive influencer strategies for leading health, wellness and fitness tech brands. This hybrid position blends office collaboration in New York City with remote work, allowing you to shape campaigns that connect brands with authentic voices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, and onboard influencers for campaign execution.
• Develop creative briefs and content guidelines for influencer partners.
• Review influencer‑generated content for brand alignment.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day communication to ensure timely content delivery.
• Conduct influencer discovery and research using tools such as Meltwater, CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, or Klear.
• Track performance metrics and compile clear campaign reports.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer practices.
• Support affiliate marketing initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of influencer marketing experience (internships count).
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self‑motivated and collaborative in a fast‑paced environment.
• NYC‑based candidates preferred for hybrid work.
