Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

The Influencer team at Everlane drives the brand's mission through strong narratives around its products and programs, shaping brand perception and building partnerships with key influencers. As Influencer Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis, you will scout new influencers, oversee the influencer database, handle gifting and product shipments and manage influencer reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source creators across priority categories and platforms to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
• Research and evaluate gifting partners by audience demographics, engagement, content quality and brand alignment.
• Carry out creator outreach and relationship building to secure gifting partnerships.
• Coordinate product orders for gifted creators and work with internal teams on shipping, tracking and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with creators on receipt, posting timelines and deliverables, and track gifted content across social platforms.
• Maintain records of outreach, shipments, creator responses and content performance, and input campaign data into reporting and influencer management tools.
• Support performance reporting on reach, engagement and contribution to customer growth goals, and use trends to refine future gifting strategy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, focused on campaign management and strategy development.
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Analytical mindset, able to track KPIs and give data-driven recommendations.
• Highly organized, proactive and creative problem-solver who loves fashion and sustainability.
