Industrial Planner – MRO Materials & Service Order Management

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an analytics-minded Industrial Planner to join its Grand Prairie, TX team. In this role you will ensure that materials and activities are efficiently planned and expedited to support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) repair shops and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service orders – create, maintain, report status and take appropriate actions (approximately 50% of time).
• Plan, order and monitor material requirements for MRO activities, including inventory, bench stock, consumables and tooling.
• Coordinate material returns to inventory and suppliers, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Support the execution of performance metrics and goals for the MRO environment.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience or familiarity with MRO processes and material planning.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
