Independent Sales Rep – 1099 – Storm Restoration (Run Your Own Business)

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company that partners with independent sales professionals to bring roofing, siding, and gutter solutions to homeowners affected by storms. As an Independent Sales Rep you will work directly in the field, meeting homeowners, assessing damage, and guiding them through the insurance claim and restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect properties, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and accountable, able to work independently.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during storm season.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
