About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters. As an independent 1099 sales representative you will work directly in storm‑affected neighborhoods, helping homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore their properties.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑damaged areas to identify potential projects and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and guide them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and follow projects through completion.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing skill‑development programs.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
