Inbound Sales Representative – Remote (Central Time)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking senior‑care solutions. Working remotely, you will use empathy and strategic guidance to match caregivers with the right senior‑living communities or home‑care providers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound, pre‑screened leads from a home office, adhering to assigned shift schedules.
• Conduct in‑depth consultation calls to understand families’ needs and preferences.
• Educate families on customized senior‑care options and recommend suitable providers.
• Schedule tours and referrals that drive community move‑ins.
• Serve as liaison between families and care providers after completing the 4‑week training program.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of inside‑sales or inbound call‑center experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask, taking notes while speaking with customers.
• Strong schedule adherence, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.

• Base salary of $45,760 per year ($22/hour) plus uncapped variable bonus.
