In-House Vacation Sales Concierge

About the role

The In-House Vacation Sales Concierge supports owners and guests by delivering memorable vacation experiences and driving sales at the Westin St. John resort.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct sales presentations, managing customer expectations and meeting eligibility requirements.
• Provide high‑level service to exceed sales volume goals while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipate needs, and ensure a positive experience in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Motivated individuals with sales or customer service experience.
• Willingness to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening as required.

Required skills

• Strong persuasive communication techniques.
• Physical ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand or walk for extended periods.
