In-House Recruiter – Maryland Heights, MO (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an In‑House Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Maryland Heights, Missouri. You will manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process for a range of industrial and warehouse positions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver fair and effective hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑life‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent, fair and equitable assessment and selection process.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or on‑site with an industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and HR partners.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Adaptable and quick to learn in changing or ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
