About the role

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technicians to provide in‑home ABA services for children in Hazlet, Freehold and Long Branch, NJ.

Key responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
Work 1:1 with children in their home environment and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
Collaborate with families and team members, and participate in meetings and training.

Required profile

Prior ABA therapy experience (high school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred).
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
Strong communication skills and availability during after‑school hours.

What we offer

Competitive hourly rate of $28‑30.
Flexible part‑time schedule.
Referral bonus of $500 per referral.
