Implementation Manager

About the role

As an Implementation Manager at Rundoo, you will guide new clients through the entire onboarding journey, from contract sign‑off to steady‑state support. You will work closely with sales, client success and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage the full implementation process, including kickoff calls, hardware ordering, training, go‑live support and post‑go‑live high‑touch assistance.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding each client’s unique needs and providing personalized, hands‑on support.
• Collaborate with sales development and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with a proven track record of building consultative customer relationships.
• Experienced project manager with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to become an industry expert through client work, internal consulting and independent learning.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 1‑2 times per month.

• Salary range $77,000 – $114,000 annually plus equity.
