Implementation Manager

About the role

WellTheory is seeking a results‑driven Implementation Manager to lead the launch of enterprise clients and ensure their long‑term success. In this fully remote position you will own the end‑to‑end implementation process, turning contractual commitments into smooth go‑lives for members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client implementation plans from kickoff through handoff to Client Success.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations, meeting aggressive timelines and quality standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear internal specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across HR, benefits, wellness, medical and technical teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams with Sales, Product, Engineering and Care.
• Identify, prioritize and resolve implementation risks with urgency.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of playbooks and best‑practice documentation as the function scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding or program management, preferably in digital health, benefits or related B2B2C environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels and navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism.
• Highly organized project manager who can bring structure to ambiguity and drive accountability across teams.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data and analytics tools to validate launch readiness.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
