I&E Electrician

About the role

Rinvio is seeking an experienced I&E Electrician to provide industrial electrical and instrumentation support at plant sites in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. This full‑time position involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability work on a variety of process equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, including MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and related process equipment.
• Calibrate, service, and troubleshoot instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature devices.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and controls documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance, planned outages, shutdowns, and overall plant reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate safely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience with industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with low/medium‑voltage systems, MCCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
• Experience working in plant, mill, manufacturing, chemical, paper, food, or heavy‑industrial environments.
• Reliable transportation to the Cedar Rapids area and ability to meet site onboarding requirements.
