About the role
The Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides comprehensive patient care during night shifts (3x12‑hour). You will work within Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa, delivering high‑quality nursing services to critically ill patients.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all nursing care for ICU patients according to established clinical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Collect and analyze patient health data, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate progress.
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel in compliance with the Board of Nursing.
- Conduct discharge planning and educate patients and families on illness management and injury prevention.
Required profile
- Valid RN license (or Compact RN) at the time of submission.
- Experience in critical care or intensive care settings preferred.
- Willingness to float to similar units as needed.
- Ability to work night shift schedule (18:45 – 07:15).
