About the role

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Assess patient learning needs and implement tailored education for patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Delegate, direct, and support licensed and ancillary team members while maintaining accountability for quality outcomes.
• Apply data‑driven decision‑making to promote change and improve patient care.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
