HVAC Service Technician - Commercial

About the role

Farbman Group is looking for a licensed, experienced HVAC technician to join its growing team. The role covers the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, with a special focus on boilers and chillers, serving commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC systems.
• Specialize in the service and maintenance of boilers and chillers.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent system failures and extend equipment life.
• Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Handle all aspects of the job, including documentation and customer communication.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.

Required profile

• A valid and current mechanical license is preferred but not required.
• A valid EPA Universal certification is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with both boilers and chillers is mandatory.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
