Human Resources Specialist

About the role

As a Human Resources Specialist at C.A. Murren, you will guide employees through health‑benefit changes, especially the transition to an ICHRA model. You will serve as the trusted benefits expert, ensuring smooth enrollment, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the ICHRA program, including stipend allocation and marketplace enrollment for employees, spouses, and dependents.
• Manage all group ancillary benefits, conduct individual benefits consultations, and organize annual open‑enrollment communications.
• Maintain compliance with ICHRA regulations, IRS affordability rules, and applicable federal, state, and local benefits laws.
• Produce regular benefits reporting and analytics for HR leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience with hands‑on management of employee health benefits.
• Strong knowledge of health‑plan mechanics such as deductibles, out‑of‑pocket maximums, drug tiers, HSA/FSA distinctions, and co‑pay structures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with high discretion for confidential information.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
