Human Resources Generalist (Remote, US)

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist acts as a strategic partner for both corporate and plant operations, handling end‑to‑end talent acquisition and providing comprehensive HR support. This fully remote position serves a multi‑site manufacturing environment across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for salaried, hourly, skilled‑trade, and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies, write job descriptions, screen candidates, and coordinate interview processes.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, state‑specific leaves) and act as primary contact for employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the TriNet HRIS, processing onboarding, transfers, and off‑boarding.
• Oversee benefits programs, support open enrollment, and liaise with brokers and carriers.
• Track recruiting metrics, ensure compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and other regulations.

Required profile

• Collaborative mindset with strong business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑site manufacturing or corporate setting.
• Experience administering leave programs and managing HR data in an HRIS.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
