Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Thélios, the eyewear manufacturer for LVMH’s luxury maisons, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR strategy across people and operational functions. The role will manage payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS data, and employee relations while contributing to culture and talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex payroll accurately and on schedule, including time‑off approvals and bonus/promotion notifications.
• Lead HRIS data execution, maintain employee records, and generate monthly headcount and annual group reports.
• Administer benefit programs, conduct annual benefit reviews, manage COBRA, HSA/FSA, transit, and handle invoicing and bill approvals.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR and benefit questions, manage off‑boarding, update organizational charts, and support compliance initiatives such as labor‑law postings.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and conduct new‑hire check‑in meetings at 30‑60‑90 days.
• Plan and implement employee engagement events, support culture initiatives, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage payroll, benefits, compensation, and HRIS processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on employee experience.
