Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth experiences for employees and leaders. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Operations teams, the role handles administrative tasks, data management, and special projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Correct data inconsistencies and missing information in Oracle Cloud.
• Schedule and manage pre‑employment screenings, background checks, and MVRs.
• Oversee document and record management, including I‑9 and E‑Verify submissions.
• Respond to employee inquiries, unemployment claims, and job description reviews.
• Convert new hires in Oracle, set up direct deposit, and issue pre‑adverse/adverse action letters.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation and support the Leading Liberty Leadership Program logistics.
• Order and manage company credit cards and handle related administrative tasks.

• Positive attitude and strong team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud (data entry and record maintenance).
• Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Proficient PC and data‑entry skills.
