Global Mobility Specialist

About the role

The Global Mobility Specialist supports Invesco’s relocation, immigration, and mobility programs through case management, documentation, and compliance‑focused administration. Working closely with the Global Mobility Manager, HR partners, employees, vendors, and external counsel, the specialist ensures a smooth and positive employee experience throughout the mobility process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume relocation and immigration cases from initiation to completion, providing guidance on policies, timelines, and required actions.
• Coordinate domestic and international relocation requests, track milestones, and maintain accurate records in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Support visa extensions, work‑authorization renewals, new‑hire sponsorships, and green‑card processes, monitoring expirations and audit readiness.
• Maintain monthly reporting on relocation and immigration expenses, flagging issues to the Global Mobility Manager.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining documentation, meeting deadlines, and escalating sensitive matters as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or relocation support.
• Strong customer‑focused service with excellent administrative and detail‑orientation skills.
• Experience handling confidential employee information with strict confidentiality.
