About the role

Rithum™ is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas region. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to U.S. leaders, helping to build high‑performing teams, drive organizational effectiveness, and support talent outcomes that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with assigned U.S. leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Support organizational design, change initiatives, and team effectiveness to enable business growth.
• Leverage workforce data to identify risks, opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Guide performance management, coaching, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Collaborate with Compensation and Talent Management to define roles and align work with the Rithum Career Framework.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and employment practices.
• Resolve employee relations matters fairly, consistently, and promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role in the United States.
• Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive HR decisions.
