About the role
The Human Resources Associate supports store leadership with all aspects of associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, scheduling, attendance, and performance. You will identify and analyze HR‑related issues and help execute Walmart’s HR programs and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with associate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain staffing levels through effective scheduling and attendance monitoring.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and coaching.
- Provide guidance on succession planning and employee development.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and associates.
- Strong analytical mindset for identifying HR issues.
- Commitment to Walmart’s policies, including a drug‑free workplace.
