HR Services Specialist – Talent Acquisition Operations (M&A)

About the role

The Specialist, HR Services will provide end‑to‑end operational support for Talent Acquisition initiatives linked to Mergers & Acquisitions. Working within Mastercard’s Global Business Solutions Center, the role ensures seamless onboarding, data integrity, and employee‑lifecycle management for new hire populations during periods of organizational transition.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational support for M&A‑related hiring and onboarding activities.
• Generate offer letters, including long‑term incentive (LTI) and specialized documentation.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain alignment across hiring and employee processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage high‑volume, fast‑paced operational tasks to support scalability and precision execution.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition operations, preferably within M&A contexts.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to handle complex, high‑impact activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business functions.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
