HR Generalist

About the role

This is more than a job—it’s a mission. The HR Generalist supports a broad range of day‑to‑day Human Resources functions, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, while also handling benefits, training, performance management and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a resource on HR policies, benefits, procedures and routine employment matters; support performance management, employee development and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR, support benefits administration, leave management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers and transition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and the HR Director to understand staffing needs and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and sourcing effectiveness; ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Committed Christian who upholds Caring Network’s Statement of Faith and Core Values.
• 3‑5 years of HR Generalist experience, including recruiting, sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS/ATS, preferably BambooHR.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
