HR Business Partner – Strategic Advisor

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to North American Headquarters functional leaders at Dole Packaged Foods. In a fast‑paced Consumer Packaged Goods environment, the HRBP aligns people strategies with business objectives, driving performance, engagement, and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HQ functional leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
• Provide coaching and counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Serve as a thought partner during transformations, reorganizations, and capability builds.
• Manage performance and talent processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies, workforce forecasting, and role scoping.
• Identify talent pipelines, succession plans, and targeted development initiatives for critical roles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Strategic partnership experience with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to coach and advise on organizational design and change management.
• Experience managing performance, talent, and succession planning processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
• Knowledge of employee relations and compliance in a CPG setting.
