HR Business Partner – Regional Distribution Center

About the role

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic ally for leaders and team members within Target's Regional Distribution Center in Tyler, TX. You will help shape the employee experience through onboarding, performance management, and day‑to‑day HR guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with distribution center leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Provide coaching and support on employee relations, performance reviews, and talent development.
• Drive HR programs such as onboarding, learning, and employee engagement.
• Analyze workforce data to recommend improvements in productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in a logistics or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with leaders at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
