HR Business Partner

About the role

This position supports a fast‑growing healthcare organization in the United States. As a trusted advisor, you will align people strategies with operational goals, help shape workforce planning, and ensure a positive employee experience across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, succession planning, staffing, and workforce metrics analysis.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coach managers on performance management, development planning, and accountability.
• Support performance‑management initiatives such as corrective actions, improvement plans, and terminations.
• Drive retention, engagement, and well‑being programs for field‑based and remote staff.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across multiple jurisdictions and support compliance audits.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Proven ability to support leaders in fast‑paced, high‑growth organizations.
• Solid understanding of multi‑state employment practices and labor regulations.
