HR Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant to join our human resources team remotely across the United States. In this entry‑level position you will support recruitment coordination, maintain employee records, and help drive a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Post job listings and screen incoming applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HR system.
• Support the onboarding process, including collection of required documents.
• Process HR paperwork such as offer letters, contracts, and policy acknowledgments.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, time off, and HR policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and credit screening.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR tools or applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms is a plus.
