About the role

The Houseperson (Guest Environment Expert) ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. Working within the Courtyard by Marriott in Scottsdale, you will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and support spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing supplies, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to high standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Stock carts and housekeeping supplies throughout the shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
• Uphold Marriott’s quality standards and present a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to company policies.
• Professional communication and personal presentation.
