ACCIONA is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its facilities in Arlington. The role involves overseeing service contracts, managing resources, and ensuring high‑quality housekeeping services that meet the company’s sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, optimise and supervise the use of resources to deliver housekeeping services on time and within budget.
• Manage service contracts, draw up budget estimates, and establish service phases.
• Supervise subcontractors, subordinate staff, and frontline workers.
• Verify work quality throughout all service phases and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with other departments to align housekeeping activities with overall project goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising housekeeping or facilities teams.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage contracts and budgets effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
