About the role

We are seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join a prestigious luxury members club in New York City. The role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across all member and guest areas, contributing to an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in fitness centers, locker rooms, spa facilities, lounges, offices, hallways, and restrooms.
• Restock linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and chemical‑handling protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections, address cleanliness concerns, and report maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and support special deep‑cleaning projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, private club, resort, spa, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, professionalism, and a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 lb, and operate housekeeping equipment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
