About the role
Join the team at Jupiter Original and Jupiter NEXT as a Front Desk Agent. This full‑time position averages 32 hours per week and offers the chance to engage with guests in Portland’s vibrant boutique hotel environment.
Required profile
- Flexible availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service focus with proactive guest interactions
- Attention to detail and a love of follow‑through
- Knowledge of Portland attractions for short‑stay visitors
- Previous hotel experience is a huge bonus
- Conflict‑resolution or crisis‑management training is a plus
