About the role

Join our team as a Housekeeper at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Conway, AR. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms meet brand standards: make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and organize.
• Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and public spaces.
• Perform deep‑cleaning tasks such as cleaning behind furniture.
• Collect and replenish supplies, equipment, and amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, following the “Make it Right” policy.
• Follow safety procedures, use appropriate equipment, and report any accidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area free of hazards.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 20‑30 lb.
• Adherence to grooming standards and uniform policy.
