Housekeeper – The Yard at Ivanhoe

About the role

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, clubhouses and other community areas at The Yard at Ivanhoe. This role supports the property’s market‑ready appeal and contributes to a positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
