Housekeeper - South Side on Lamar

About the role

A housekeeper is needed for the South Side on Lamar apartment community to keep vacant homes, the leasing office and other amenities clean and well presented, so that the property stays appealing to prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the supervisor.
• Keep vacant homes and show units freshened throughout the day to stay market ready.
• Help with make-ready by doing extra tasks asked of by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to the supervisor.
• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and tell the supervisor when a reorder is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk or sit for long periods, bend, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather and to lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Flexible schedule, including call duty on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training may be required.
