Housekeeper for Residential Property

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices and community areas at The Cortesin at Eilan. The role supports Greystar’s commitment to high‑quality residential environments and ensures properties remain market‑ready for prospective residents. You will work on‑site, following established cleaning standards and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the supervisor.
• Refresh vacant apartments and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready and appealing to potential renters.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager, including setting up furnishings and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor to maintain a safe environment for residents, team members and guests.
• Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, restocking as needed and ensuring tools are in good working order.
