Housekeeper – Brickyard (Barbers Hill)

About the role
The Housekeeper – Brickyard will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Barbers Hill community, including vacant apartments, leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms and other shared amenities. This onsite position supports the make‑ready process and helps keep the property market‑ready.
Key responsibilities
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed.
- Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
- Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager and Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready duties.
- Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks in a residential property environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
- Willingness to identify and report safety hazards.
