Housekeeper - Apartment Community

About the role

This housekeeper position keeps the apartment community clean and well presented. The role ensures the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office and other amenities so that the property stays appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the supervisor.
• Keep vacant homes and show units freshened throughout the day to stay market ready.
• Help with make-ready by doing extra tasks requested by managers or supervisors.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to the supervisor.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and tell the supervisor when a reorder is needed.

Required profile

• A valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
