About the role

The House Manager provides oversight and support for adult residents within Ava Health's residential program, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured living environment.

Key responsibilities

Monitor residents to ensure compliance with program rules and house guidelines.
Facilitate daily routines such as meals, chores, curfew, and group activities.
Supervise self‑administration of medications and ensure medication safety.
Conduct routine house checks and room inspections for cleanliness and safety.
Communicate resident concerns or incidents promptly to clinical staff.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of daily activities and incidents.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
At least one year of experience in a residential, behavioral health, or similar setting.
BLS/CPR certification.
QMAP certification (provided after hire).
Minimum of 1 year sobriety if in recovery.
