About the role
The House Attendant ensures public hotel areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. Working on the public corridors, service landings and guest areas, you will support overall guest satisfaction and sustainability goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge guests courteously.
- Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting and trash collection.
- Collect and transport used linen to the laundry site and deliver clean linen to designated sections.
- Report maintenance issues and follow safety and sustainability guidelines.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Step in as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training preferred.
